Disclosure

This page lists every relationship that could color what we write. Guides repeat the relevant items in their first screen, next to the links they apply to.

Amazon Associates

As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases. Links to Amazon on this site are affiliate links: if you buy through one, Amazon pays us a commission at no extra cost to you. Those links carry rel="sponsored". We do not display Amazon prices, star ratings or review counts because Amazon only allows those to be shown live from its systems; check the product page for current figures.

AUGO

AUGO, a maker of magnetic screen doors, ratchet straps and tie-downs, is a client of Tide Flow, the Amazon advertising agency run by the author. AUGO also pays a bonus commission on its products through Amazon's Creator Connections program. That is why AUGO screen doors are featured prominently here. Every page that features AUGO says so in its first screen, labels the featured placement, states what each AUGO door is not suited for, and compares it on published specifications against other brands. We do not invent test results for AUGO or anyone else.

Other brand bonus programs

Other screen door brands may at times pay a bonus commission through the same Amazon program. When a brand featured in a guide does, the guide says so in its disclosure line, and this page is updated. As of October 28, 2026 the only such brand is AUGO.

How reviews are written

Reviews are spec-based: we read the manufacturer's published specifications, explain what the sizes, mesh and magnets mean, say who the door fits and who it does not, and compare it with alternatives. We do not perform durability testing, we do not claim to have used a product unless we say exactly how, and the size chart and instructions for your own door always govern. See how we research.

What we do not do

We do not sell placement or badges, do not invent reviews or ratings, and do not let a bonus program decide what a door is good for.
